IT'S FRIDAY 

ESTIMATED DATE

So we just got word back from our manufacturer that they're set to finish all the keychains by June 15th and will ship it out to us June 16th. Give a week or so for the shipment to get to San Diego and we're looking for the production order to be in our hands around June 23rd-24th. THAT VERY DAY... we will immediately begin our delivery process in order to get those Unclip Keychains in your hands before July! 

Everything is good so far and we'd like to thank you again for sticking with us through this whole Kickstarter journey. We really wouldn't know what to do if it weren't for the support of all of you. THANK YOU!

Greetings to all you beautiful backers

We got some cool pictures to show you! 

First off, we just received pictures of our final packaging for the Unclip keychain. 

They turned out great! the bags are resealable in case you want to reuse it for small items or if you wanna keep it since it looks so good. 

UPDATE ON PRODUCTION

I know you guys are anxiously awaiting the production to finish (WE ARE TOO). They are wrapping up the production this week and should be done within the next week or two. Like we said before: once they finish and send the production order over, we will begin delivery immediately! Thanks for being so patient everyone.

Survey Locking in 3...2...1

Just kidding.

Thanks to all of you who quickly filled out your backerkit surveys! over 93% of you have successfully filled out the surveys. That's awesome.

We're still currently in the production process and they should be finishing up in a week (fingers crossed). Like we said before, we are expected to receive the shipment in June and once we do, we'll immediately ship them out to you all! 

So you still have time to change your shipping addresses or whatnot. We'll keep you updated once we actually do lock down the surveys. Most likely, this will be when the shipment is on the way to us.

In other news:

We're prepping to relaunch our blog on our website next Wednesday (June 1st) and hope you can all check it out once we do! We'll be updating the blog weekly and we'll keep you updated on fresh content as well as new products (in the future) through our email newsletter. We hope you can check it out on the launch day and share with all your buddies. But rest assured backers, our first priority now is to get you your unclips.

Manufacturing Process

Hello beautiful backers!

So since the last update, we've confirmed with our manufacturer to move onto production! 

We're so happy to say that we're now currently awaiting for the production to finish and everything looks like it is set. 

We're currently finishing up the packaging from another manufacturer and they should be sending that to our Unclip manufacturer as soon as they finish it. As expected, we are looking to receive our shipment in June since it takes some time for the goods to travel here. 

You can bet that we'll keep you updated through this process as well. 

Looking Back

Looking back at just a couple months ago when we found out our previous manufacturer couldn't finish the production, which devastated us, makes us proud that we made the best out of the situation and did the best we could to make sure all of our backers would get their rewards. 

There will always be obstacles moving forward, but that's what makes this whole journey so exciting, and we're glad to have such strong supporters (YOU) behind us! 

We are forever grateful to you! 

Moving Forward

Our main priority is obviously to get all of you the Unclip keychains you deserve, but we've also been working to build the company as well. We actually have some cool news to share with you in the future, but we'll just focus on fulfilling your orders first ;) 

We are launching our blog on our website on June 1st and we hope you can check that out once it's live. It'll consist of features of cyclists/musicians/artists that we feel resonate with our brand and what we stand for. We'll link you to the blogs in the upcoming updates so if you have some free time once it's live, you can check it out.

This project was the first stepping stone into creating progressively functional and well-designed products for all of you and we urge you to continue the support as we grow.

The Samples Have Arrived!

BACKERS REJOICE

 So the samples arrived yesterday evening and they are solid! 

Here are some pictures:

 One "issue"

Not really an issue. So the samples came with a rivet instead of a Chicago screw-post. There must've been a communication mix-up with our manufacturer. After receiving these samples, we immediately told our manufacturers to replace all the rivets with removable Chicago screw-posts so that all of you can interchange the straps and loop your key rings in whenever you want. It's a super simple fix and they said they'll make sure to do that. 

 
Moving Forward

Now that we received our samples and everything is good to go (minus the small adjustment), we're about ready to start production. What this means for you is that after we confirm that the samples are good to go, production will begin and take about 2-3 weeks to finish. So things are looking up and we'll do our best to get your Unclip Keychains to you all around June. 

We just wanted to take this time to thank all of you for patiently waiting and understanding the circumstances we've been dealing with. It's thanks to all the positive support from all of our backers that we were able to continue pushing and do our best.
